Some concrete things to do for your happiness

Today my dear readers I want came back to you after certain amount of time with this amazing article where I share some important points and above all how realize them. I think at the end I will write a book where I can teach how to do those nice things.
But first of all I want to apologize if in my previous article you found some crazy comments. I should delete them but I am enough “democratic” to don't do it for now. I know who wrote them though. She is a girl who had a "crash on" me and I wasn't interested in her but suddenly I have found those crazy comments with her initials as well.
It happens. I think in life it should be better to try to understand others not just yourself and plus to accept decisions of others. Behaving like a child (without offending children) is pointless. Anyway, after this preface let’s go back on my important topic.

I was talking about of some thoughts and actions that I have said yes and that helped me to become "happier in life", even if I consider myself happy beside everything around me: that's the main thing!
You can try, my dear readers, picking some of these four points below that match the most with you and focus on making it a part of your life. The concept is to create a variation in your life and expand your comfort zone regularly in small ways to live a happier life. You just need to follow the inner part of you.

Discover the things that make you be more alive.
I am sure that sometimes you have a feeling to don't live properly, I am talking about when you don't feel satisfaction in what you are doing; in this case is like to be already death. You must avoid this situation because you are here now and alive! So it is very important to find time for those things that make you really alive.
How to do it:
Try something new, even if it is just something trivial each day, each week, each time, or just go back doing something that you know you like.
You can cook something different, for example you can buy some books of some important Italian chef and you can realize your dishes at home.
You can relax listening to some music that you love, but you can try to listen also other types.
You can learn also to play an instrument, can be guitar, piano, violino and so on. It is nice to understand music and creating it.
You can start painting. You don't have to be as good as Michelangelo, you just can buy some simple colors and paper and you can draw some sketches, obviously you must choose the subject, it can be a person of your family, it can be a landscape, or it can be also yourself. Then show your masterpiece to a member of your family or to your friends, you will have some feedback!
Another important suggestion my dear readers is making a trip. Yes really, not just a journey, you must make it. Traveling is amazing experience. If you feel not happy make a trip! But I mean make, because a trip it must be an excellent experience, like going to see the nice art of that country, speaking with local people, try the local food and so on, Traveling is the best way to open your mind. But you must know how to do it, as I was saying. For this is necessary "to make", in any sense, beside the fact that all life is a trip.

Being able to forgive
Not clinging to the past and to the hurt that is there but to let it go and look to the now and the future is an essential thing in order to find more happiness in your life. Forgiving is not always easy and can take time but there are some things that can make it a little easier.
How to do it:
One important mental strategy is reminding yourself that you forgive for your own benefit because as long as you don’t forgive someone you are slave of that person. Your thoughts will return to the person who wronged you and what they did over and over again. The emotional link between the two of you is so strong and inflicts much suffering in you and most often in other people around you too. When you forgive you set yourself free from all of that negativity too.
So you should try to make a habit of forgiving yourself. Do not just forgive others but also yourself. By forgiving yourself, instead of resenting yourself for something you did a week or ten years ago, you make the habit of forgiveness more and more of a natural part of you. And so forgiving others becomes easier too I guess.

Don’t be too much perfectionist
Trying to be perfect is setting the bar too far from you and at the end you won’t reach your targets. The result it is that you may not feel very happy about how things are going in your life even though they might be going well indeed.
I don't mean that you shouldn't be organized and precise person, because those are nice skills, and I also don't mean to use this point to don't punt your efforts neither, because this it will be an excuse. So what I really mean is that you should try to reach little targets and little by little. The important thing is going on the right direction. In this way you will feel more satisfied and your self esteem it will be ok too.
How to do it:
Watching too many movies, listening to too many songs and just taking in what the "fake World" is telling you it is very easy to be lulled into dreams of perfection, because it sounds so good and wonderful and you want it. But in real life it clashes with reality and it can harm or possibly lead you to end relationships, jobs, projects etc. just because your expectations are out of this "real World". I find it very helpful to remind myself of this simple fact.
Then you can go for what is really good enough. Aiming for perfection usually winds up in a project or something else very slowly or never being finished. So go for what is really good enough instead. Don’t use it as an excuse to slack off. But simply realize that there is something called good enough and when you are there then you are finished with whatever you are doing. You must live your life fully, beside setbacks. If you have some don't give up, take inspiration from people or from a great blogs like mine and  and keep going.


Making someone else happy
This has many benefits. The happiness spreads back to you as you see their faces light up and as you know you did the right thing. It often happens to me, here in my blog and in person too and a lot.
Positively spreads back to you as people have a strong tendency to want to give back when you have done something good for them. And it spreads out into the World as that now happier person may spread their happiness to other people.
How to do it:
Help out practically. You can help in many ways, painting a wall, giving a ride, an information and so on. Sometime is enough just listening, actually a friend or someone close to you may just want to vent or for someone to listen as they figure things out. It may not seem like much but it can be an immense help for someone who needs it.
Very often my friends they just ask me for a suggestion. And very often making them happy it makes me happy.
